• Reports to work well-groomed, in clean uniform and practices good personal hygiene.
• Rinses and arranges soiled dishes, silverware and glassware into washer trays; soaks, scrubs and sanitizes preparation containers and pans.
• Loads trays into the dishwasher; removes dishes and stocks for kitchen personnel and servers.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
• Monitors and oversees food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce foodborne illness risk factors.
• Performs general maintenance of floors (mopping and vacuuming) at the end of the shift.

• Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training.
• Clear communication skills.

• Must have a high level of mobility/flexibility.
• Must be able to work irregular hours during peak times.
• Must possess a high level of coordination.
• Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds for distances up to 30 feet.
• Must be able to fit through an opening 30 inches wide.
• Requires frequent reaching, bending, pushing and pulling.
• Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold and odors.
• Continual standing and walking.
