Overview

Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) – Sally Beauty 02502. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, and guide customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training and expects you to bring passion and personality.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work a range of schedules to suit individual needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
• Working conditions involve long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling moderately heavy items; occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.

• Physical exertion such as standing for long periods; bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching; lifting moderately heavy items.
• Work around moving carts or machines and potential exposure to irritants.
