Salary – $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
* This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Customers are at the heart of Aaron’s. As a Customer Accounts Advisor you will coach customers, drive payment collections, and facilitate lease agreement renewals by building strong relationships through phone and in‑person interactions.

- Maintain up‑to‑date customer information in the store computer system and document all payment appointments.
- Contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements – both in‑home visits and over the phone.
- Sell the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
- Assist the Customer Account Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
- Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
- Clean and certify merchandise at the Quality Assurance Center.
- Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
- Load, secure, and protect product in the company vehicle and safely operate it.
- Assist the Sales Team as needed.
- Perform any reasonable duties requested by management.
- At least 21 years old (US) or 18 (Canada) with a valid state driver's license.
- Must meet DOT requirements and obtain required states certification (US).
- Flexible to work an 8‑am to 9‑pm schedule.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly.
- Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone etiquette.
- High energy and multitasking ability.
- Professional appearance and strong brand stewardship.
- Proficient computer skills.
