Part-Time Building & Grounds Assistant

This long-term part-time position is responsible for performing building maintenance and repair work of SVEC properties and grounds.

All applicants must have a valid state‑issued driver's license and are subject to a pre-employment screening and background check. The role requires working a schedule of less than 30 hours per week. You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Position Requirements:

• Must have and maintain a valid state issued drivers license
• Ability to use power tools
• Must be able to work independently
• Requires basic computer skills

Valued but not required skills and experience:

• Knowledge and experience with general construction
• Vocation/Technical school training in general contracting
• Plumbing and/or Electrician License
