American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR Circulator RN for a Surgery/CVOR position requiring BLS, ACLS, and rotating call coverage.

• 13-week contract assignment with a 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM shift schedule
• Surgery department with 5 operating rooms
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Uses basic OR equipment including cautery, video monitors, arthroscopy equipment, and positioning equipment
• Charts in Meditech EMR
• No floating required
• Rotating call required, minimum one night per week and one weekend per 5-week schedule
• Call hours are Friday 11PM-7AM with 1-2 rotating weekend call shifts

• Active RN license, TX or compact
• BLS and ACLS certifications required, must not expire within first 30 days of start
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• OR circulator experience required
• Experience in orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, or thoracic surgery preferred
• Must be able to fulfill rotating call requirements
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required

• Perform circulating RN duties in a cardiovascular operating room setting
• Scrubs and attire provided at the facility
• Candidates should bring a flexible, caring, compassionate, and willing attitude
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, no local candidates accepted
