As our professional‑level Roofing Service Sales Representative to join our Sales Team in the Bay Area, you will win business by developing estimates utilizing your top‑notch in‑house team and grow business for our fast‑paced, multi‑faced commercial roofing company.
Year‑end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) for this position is $150k - $200k.
In this role, you will:- Work with existing customers and opportunities generated through our National Accounts division
- Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects
- Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management
- Visit clients’ facilities, build business relationships, and present information about Centimark Corporation
- Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
- Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
- Experienced roofing estimators, building inspectors, construction estimators, & roofing superintendents are encouraged to apply
- Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
- Experience in growing market share
