Senior Construction Project Manager – Mission-Critical Facilities

A growing construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major federal construction program at a premier national laboratory. This high-profile project includes new mission-critical building construction and extensive underground utility infrastructure.

The Project Manager will serve as the General Contractor’s primary on-site leader, overseeing project execution from preconstruction and procurement through construction and closeout. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, contract administration, quality, safety, and coordination with the owner and design team.

• Extensive experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, federal, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and field execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, underground utilities, and complex building systems.
• Experience with CPM scheduling software, including Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• U.S. citizenship and local residency in the Livermore, CA area required.
• Must be able to pass a federal background investigation and obtain site access credentials.
