  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Development, Forward Planning, Design, Sales, and Customer Relations to ensure construction aligns with project plans and homeowner commitments.

  • Perform quality control inspections, manage punch lists, and conduct pre-closing walkthroughs.

  • Support warranty transitions and help resolve post-closing construction issues as needed.

  • Maintain accurate daily logs, field photographs, inspection records, and construction progress reports.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of five years managing multifamily residential construction sites for a production or infill home builder.

  • Required experience with townhomes and multi-story attached residential construction.

  • Experience coordinating with Northern California municipalities, inspectors, subcontractors, and trade partners preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, structural, and MEP plans.

  • Knowledge of California building codes, Cal/OSHA regulations, and SWPPP requirements.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors, project schedules, budgets, and quality standards simultaneously.

  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in construction management or scheduling software and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
