* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support process engineer in the sustaining and process improvement for all Mechanical dicing, Laser dicing processes.
• First line of defense in resolving operational issues raised by production operators, escalates to engineering if required.
• First line of defense to bring up a down tool, escalates to maintenance/engineering if needed.
• Assists with non-standard Mechanical & Laser Dicing walk-in requests.
• Provides dispositioning and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area.
• Performs Recipe creation and Loading for all Mechanical & Laser Dicing processes.
• Writes operation/engineering procedures; trains and certifies production operators and junior technicians all processes within Mechanical and Laser Dicing.
• Trains & ensures operators run SPC and executes OCAP (out of control action plan) if needed.
• Executes Design of Experiment (DOE) provided by Engineering and provides data summary & report to Engineering.
• Performs calibration, qualification on tools.
• Supports Engineering to do root cause analysis/8D on measurement/inspection escapes.
• Analyzes issues and uses judgment to make decisions.
• Escalates non-standard problems or issues.

** Pay Range:**$22.10 - $29.03
** Pay Range Explained:
** This role in Livermore, California pays between $22.10 and $29.03 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You’ll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
