Parkwest Casino is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Floor Service Representative to join our team and make a real difference in our guest’s experience! The FSR leads employees on the casino floor by creating efficient and fair dealer rotations, enforcing established on table policies and procedures, and demonstrates exemplary customer service to our guests. This position is the perfect opportunity for a confident experienced individual with a great understanding of casino floor operations.

• Establish and change bet limits to maximize on-table game revenue.
• Determine appropriate times to open tables.
• Learn all Park West Casino house rules, policies and procedures.
• Maintain integrity of all offered games by making consistent table rulings.
• Provide exemplary guest service on a daily basis.

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Open availability; must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD.
• Provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.

• Required to stand and walk short distances for two to three hours at a time.
• Regularly required to see, talk and hear; specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• May be exposed to smoking by customers in areas where smoking is permitted.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
