Mortgage Loan Processor

We are seeking a highly experienced Mortgage Loan Processor with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Correspondent and Wholesale residential lending
. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of agency guidelines, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage loan files efficiently from submission through closing while ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.

• Process residential mortgage loan files for Correspondent and Wholesale channels from initial submission to closing
• Review loan applications and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Analyze income, assets, credit, and property documentation to ensure adherence to FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and investor guidelines
• Order and review third‑party services including appraisals, title, escrow, VOE, VOD, and credit supplements
• Clear underwriting conditions in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate effectively with loan officers, brokers, underwriters, account executives, escrow/title companies, and borrowers
• Track loan milestones and ensure files move efficiently through the pipeline
• Identify and resolve issues that may delay approval or closing
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and investor regulations
• Ensure loans are fully documented and ready for funding and purchase

• 5+ years of mortgage loan processing experience
  , specifically in Correspondent and Wholesale residential loans
• Strong working knowledge of agency and non‑QM guidelines
• Experience with complex income scenarios (self‑employed, multiple income sources, rental income, etc.)
• Proficiency with LOS systems (e.g., Encompass or similar platforms)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload

• Experience working with multiple investors and overlays
• Knowledge of post‑closing and purchase review requirements (for correspondent loans)
• Familiarity with compliance and QC standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in a high-volume processing environment
