• Provide direction and support to the HR team, ensuring the highest standards of performance and ethical conduct.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; a college degree in Human Resources and PHR certification is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a background in transportation, warehouse, or production environments being ideal.
• Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English.
• Expertise in labor law, HR systems, benefits administration, and an understanding of DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Proven multitasking ability and the capacity to lead and communicate effectively during periods of change.
• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office suite, with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Independent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to human resources management.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfort with desk-based tasks, including frequent computer use.
• Capable of occasional physical activities, including lifting light weights and facility navigation.
