Systems Engineer
As the Director of Signal Integrity (SI), you will lead a globally distributed team of SI/PI engineers responsible for ensuring robust signal and power integrity across advanced electronic designs. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance technical depth with organizational leadership, driving innovation and operational excellence in high-speed design environments.
You will oversee the development, analysis, and optimization of SI/PI performance for complex systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver solutions that meet stringent performance and reliability requirements. Your leadership will shape design methodologies, influence technology roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Define and negotiate technical specifications aligned with business goals and customer requireme - nts.
Provide technical guidance and training to design organizations to strengthen SI/PI fundament - pment
Support probe card development activities, ensuring compliance with SI/PI requirem - ents.
Drive adoption of advanced modeling, measurement, and characterization techniques to optimize perform - ance.

- Minimum of 12+ years of related experience, including leadership roles, with a Bachelor’s degree; or 10 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent expe
