📌 Job Summary

Position: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Fremont, CA (In-person)

Pay: $40/hour

Schedule: Full-time

You’ll help build and test self‑driving vehicles by:

• Assembling parts and vehicles (mostly Toyota Highlanders)

• Using tools to cut, drill, and build components

• Running software tests by copy/pasting scripts

• Finding and fixing basic issues on vehicles

• Working with engineers to improve the product

• Staying busy and supporting the team

• Following all safety rules

Someone who is:

• Hands‑on and good with tools

• A team player with a positive attitude

• Quick to learn and not afraid to jump in

• Comfortable working on mechanical and some basic electrical tasks

• Focused on safety, quality, and efficiency

• 4–6 years of relevant experience (or 2–4 years if you’re a strong fit)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

• Experience in automotive or manufacturing is a big plus

• Some knowledge of electrical systems or CAN/LIN is helpful, but can be taught

• Only have experience on semiconductor lines

• Don’t enjoy hands‑on, physical work

• Struggle with fast‑paced environments
