• Support, encourage, and pray with the women and children in the program.
• Demonstrate values and the heart of Jesus in a Christ‑centered community.
• Help women stay on track with their goals, leading with grace and accountability.
• Ensure the home is safe, structured, and aligned with program guidelines.
• Drive residents to appointments (company vehicle provided).
• Foster healthy connections while maintaining strong personal boundaries.
• Provide spiritual and Biblical guidance to the women, children, staff, and volunteers.

• Experience with domestic violence, addiction recovery, or homelessness services.
• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to live out your faith in your work.
• Empathetic, adaptable, and able to lead with kindness and accountability.
• Teachable, flexible, and eager to grow in your calling.
• Valid driver's license (3+ years) and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role.

Compensation: $20 - 22 per hour.
