  Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with no after‑hours or weekend requirements.
• 30‑minute appointment modules with extended mid‑day break for lunch and catch‑up time.

• Base salary $120k‑$140k+ (full time) and production starting at 22%.
