Retail Store Manager (RSM) at Arch Telecom in Livermore (Las Positas Rd)
Lead a retail team to bring the brand to life. Live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Act as a brand ambassador, create energy and excitement around our products and services. Thrive in a fast‑paced fun environment where customer needs are the first focus. Build new and deepen existing relationships, uncover customers’ needs, and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions.
WhatYou’ll Do in Your Role
- Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
- Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including unique accessories or up‑and‑coming IoT devices.
- Make sure the store is always at its best.
Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
Proficiency in Digital Tools- Demonstrate our ever‑expanding coverage in customers’ neighborhoods with a lightning‑fast LTE network.
- Explain how plans and services let customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected, and go further.
- Showcase how we’re redefining wireless, covering device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
Team Collaboration- Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run‑around‑free environment.
- Identify and hand off small‑business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships where everyone is accountable for the company’s success.
- Have a good time while providing first‑class customer experience.
- Leadership.

- High school degree or GED.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
