The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. As the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

• Work Schedule Requirements

• Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
• During peak time frames, hours will increase to support business needs.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).
• Retail
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 1 year (preferred).
• No supervisory/management experience required.

The starting rate for this position is $21.50 per hour. The recruiting pay range is $21.50 – $21.50 per hour, and may be modified in the future.
