Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will assist the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. We provide a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

While performing duties, counter areas may be hot with steam from the steam table and food vapors. Work spaces can be restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees may need to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations is required.

$30 per hour - $33 per hour. Within this range, pay is determined by location and experience. Panda may modify or terminate bonus programs at any time.
