Retail Sales Associate – Livermore

Join iMobile, a national wireless retailer with 200+ stores across the U.S. This role is a learning role that builds the skills needed to become a Mobile Expert after completion of training.

• Build customer relationships and provide a best‑in‑class experience by demonstrating device and service solutions.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
• Use digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding, including coverage demos and plan reviews.
• Complete in‑store experience training, systems knowledge, and reference resource usage.
• Collaborate with cross‑channel employees to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.

• Strong desire to learn and master the skills of a customer advocate.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and providing resolutions to issues.
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• High school degree or GED.
• Age 18 or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and have reliable transportation.
