The Stock Supervisor is key to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of store operations, organizing the stock room, managing inventory, and ensuring product availability to enhance store performance.

• Facilitate a first‑class shopping experience through effective organization of back‑of‑house areas and merchandise flow.
• Process shipments, transfers, and inventory in a timely manner.
• Communicate merchandising and supply needs to management.
• Manage stock in a safe and secure manner.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to rectify discrepancies.
• Understand and adhere to LACOSTE’s operational procedures.
• Collaborate with store management on loss‑prevention strategies.
• Lead and develop the store team in alignment with company values.
• Participate in store opening and closing routines, including keyholding responsibilities.

• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations with a proven track record in stock management.
• Physical ability to handle merchandise, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, excellent time management, and high level of ownership.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to adhere to company policies and standards.
