The Stock Supervisor is key to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of store operations, organizing the stock room, managing inventory, and ensuring product availability to enhance store performance.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate a first‑class shopping experience through effective organization of back‑of‑house areas and merchandise flow.
- Process shipments, transfers, and inventory in a timely manner.
- Communicate merchandising and supply needs to management.
- Manage stock in a safe and secure manner.
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to rectify discrepancies.
- Understand and adhere to LACOSTE’s operational procedures.
- Collaborate with store management on loss‑prevention strategies.
- Lead and develop the store team in alignment with company values.
- Participate in store opening and closing routines, including keyholding responsibilities.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail operations with a proven track record in stock management.
- Physical ability to handle merchandise, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, excellent time management, and high level of ownership.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to adhere to company policies and standards.
