Summary
The Outlet Team Associate supports sales and store profitability through customer engagement and merchandising tasks. The role provides helpful customer service while supporting efficient store operations.
Responsibilities- Assist customers on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
- Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
- Keep the store clean, neat, and easy to shop.
- Prepare, tag, ticket, and recover merchandise; support stock processing and stockroom organization.
- Follow operational procedures and protect company assets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
