COSCO Fire Protection is a multifaceted, full‑service fire sprinkler and life safety systems company specializing in the installation, service and inspection of a wide variety of automatic fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm (life safety) systems, kitchen suppression, extinguishers and special hazard systems throughout the West Coast. We are currently expanding our service operations across all district locations and offering tremendous opportunities to service‑oriented individuals in the fire protection/life safety marketplace.
Responsibilities- Conduct the sales activities of the Service Department.
- Formulate and develop sales goals, plans and procedures for the service department. Once developed, the service salesperson implements the sales strategies set forth by the District Manager.
- Execute assigned sales activities.
- Ensure adequate attention is paid to the attainment of profit objectives, especially those derived from management’s goals and objectives.
- Adhere to sales strategies.
- Observe competitive activities in pricing and customer service to keep COSCO Fire Protection Inc. competitive and profitable.

- Three or more years of successful sales experience, preferably with Fire Protection and Life Safety products and systems.
- BA degree in business or a related field.
- Exceptional presentation skills with demonstrated sales techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a territory with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership and proven negotiation skills and sales achievements.
- Self‑motivated with a dedicated client‑services focus and strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work well independently as well as be a team player.
- Understanding of codes as they apply to Fire Protection Life Safety Systems a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must successfully complete an employment background investigation and drug screening.
Applicants must have five to seven years of experience working in similar environments, preferably from the automatic fire sprinkler and/or fire alarm and detection industry. They must be self‑motivated and require limited supervision with a strong customer‑service mentality.
The compensation for this sales position is a generous base plus commission program and includes eligibility for a company vehicle or monthly car allowance.
