GHA Technologies, Inc. seeks technology sales professionals to join our team. We are an employee‑owned value‑added reseller originally recognized as the #1 Microsoft Western Region VAR and have grown to serve corporate, government, and education clients nationwide.
Some key benefits and compensation components include:
- Immediate $10k fast‑start bonus per month for 12 months (cumulative $120k first year)
- One new commercial account with ≥250 employees triggers a $10k fast‑start bonus
- First‑week training pay of $2,500 for the first five training days
- $500 bonus per virtual appointment, unlimited
- Up to $1,500 per week for meeting minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment
- 200% of the profit margin on orders shipped in the first 90 days; 40‑59% after 90 days
- Up to $10k new client account credits
- Up to $5k new account donation credits
- Up to $400 of gift cards for business‑building activities
We provide industry‑leading commissions, a W‑2 Employment structure with the following benefits:
Medical, Dental, and HSA; 401(k) Retirement Plan; and GHA company stock ownership (ESOP).
Requirements: minimum of three years direct technology sales experience. Experience with AI, cloud, virtualization, and security technology is preferred.
