We are seeking a candidate with experience in outside sales who is highly motivated, ambitious, and enthusiastic and who is willing to learn title and escrow sales. This is a great opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company and build a career as a Sales Executive in the title industry.

• The day starts and ends in the office in Livermore, CA, with day travel throughout the work day in the territory.
• Promote and sell Title and Escrow services to real estate professionals and lenders.
• Drive market share and revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Work independently or as part of a team, self‑motivated.
• Attend industry events and meetings that may be on weekends and/or after hours to establish relationships and develop new business.

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Exceptional written, verbal, listening and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

$75,000 - $90,000 annually

This position may be eligible to earn commissions based on applicable incentive compensation or commission plan(s). Specifics pertaining to the calculation and payment of those commissions will be reflected in individual commission or incentive plan documents.
