• Receive service requests, conduct technical diagnose and repair of all BAUER Equipment at BAUER facilities, at customer sites, or at business partner locations
• Provide technical assistance in person or by phone to BAUER internal and external parties and individuals
• Coordinate service requests with appropriate Service departments and the correspondig manager/supervisor
• Research and determine spare parts needs and suggest spare part packages to customers
• Compliance, participate and execute BAUER standards in the field of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• High school diploma or degree in a mechanical, hydraulic or electrical machinery related field or equivalent education
• At least 2 years of training and/or experience as Technician, Mechanic, Electrician or similar position, experience in field repair and troubleshooting desired
• Able to effectively communicate verbally and in written English
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Must have a valid passport and driver’s license
