- Able to perform Installation of complete HVAC system.
- Diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Provide expert advice and sell appropriate HVAC solutions to customers.
- Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
- Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and building codes.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and sales made.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Level 3 Technician: 1 - 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (sales, installation & service).
- Self-directing team player, goal-oriented with a passion for sales, energetic, positive.
- Proven track record in HVAC sales (preferred).
- EPA Certification Core and Type 2 License along with knowledge of R-410A, R-32 and R-454B.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40+ pounds.
- Is able to train others in HVAC Repairs and Service.
