Flagship Facility Services - : R20178 [Facilities Maintenance] As a Maintenance Technician at Flagship Facility Services, you'll:
Perform general building maintenance without supervision;
Assist in the repair and maintenance of a wide variety of pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices. Lights and ballast replacements;
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and repair problems;
Perform minor HVAC repairs and maintenance under close supervision;
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems;
Inspect electrical distribution systems for safety and efficiency.
