Position OverviewThis role involves organizing, supervising, and coaching middle school wrestling teams, promoting sportsmanship, and supporting student-athletes' development both athletically and socially.
Qualifications- Successful coaching experience in wrestling or similar sports.
- Knowledge of technical aspects of wrestling.
- Ability to serve as a positive role model and promote character development.
- Implement athletic policies and coordinate with staff and administration.
- Train and supervise assistant coaches and support staff.
- Manage equipment, scheduling, and event logistics.
- Promote good public relations and community involvement.
- Mentor student-athletes and monitor their academic and social conduct.
Reports to the Principal and Athletic Director. Supervises assistant coaches and support staff.
