Base pay: $23.50 per hour, with potential to earn up to $29 per hour with a $2.00 per hour freezer differential and performance incentives. Eligible for annual safety bonus, merit increases, and day‑1 benefits. Overtime as needed.

Base schedule:
Sunday 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (off Friday/Saturday).

• Select cases and other containers of food and non‑food products to fill customer orders from multi‑level rack warehouse storage systems.
• Place items on pallets and move completed orders to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack or forklift; wrap, label, and readied for shipment while observing safety regulations and ensuring quality standards.
• Work as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
• Follow work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines; ensure the work area is safe and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Review work schedule, obtain required supplies, and prepare for operations.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack / forklift and ensure all safety devices are functioning properly.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment and safety gear.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi‑level racks to locate products per order sheets.
• Manually place appropriate stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks as required; use single or double pallets as directed.
• Transport completed palletized customer orders to the shipping dock staging area; may be required to shrink‑wrap pallets for staging.
• Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries, or attach a recharger and complete the vehicle inspection checklist.
• At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work the scheduled or assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Capable of lifting, stacking, and/or pulling products off shelves, and replenishing product from various heights, weighing between 10–35 pounds and generally up to approximately 60–90 pounds, depending on location, throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.

$23.50 per hour base + incentive.
