• Lead and manage audit assignments
• Ensure audits are completed on time and meet firm standards
• Prepare budgets, monitor progress, and address variances
• Track time and resources to keep engagements within budget
• Act as a primary contact for clients during engagements
• Handle queries and maintain clear communication
• Liaise with Directors to ensure alignment with department objectives
• Supervise junior team members, reviewing their work
• Provide constructive feedback to support their development
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

• Qualified Accountant: ACCA or equivalent qualification
• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience
• Proven experience in audit and accounts
