Assistant Accountant Bournemouth Office Based £28,000 - £35,000 benefits & Study Support A leading professional services business based in Bournemouth are seeking to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accounting professional who is looking to develop their career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage accounts for limited companies. Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts. Prepare and support corporate tax computations and returns. Assist with personal tax returns and related compliance work. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Liaise with clients to obtain financial information and respond to queries. Support senior accountants with year-end accounts, tax planning, and other accounting assignments as required.

About You The successful candidate will have:
Studying / Part-qualified ACCA (or equivalent). Experience preparing accounts for limited companies. Knowledge of both corporate tax and personal tax. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Good communication skills with the ability to build positive client relationships. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
