We're recruiting for an ambitious Assistant Accountant to join a growing and purpose-driven organisation based in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone studying towards an accounting qualification, or looking to continue their professional development, while gaining exposure to a broad range of management accounting and commercial finance responsibilities.

You'll work closely with an experienced finance team, gaining hands-on involvement in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and business partnering activities. This is a varied role that will give you exposure across multiple areas of finance, including:

• Producing weekly management accounts, KPIs and supporting analysis
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Analysing financial performance and investigating variances against budgets and forecasts
