The Opportunity This varied role offers an excellent balance of audit and accounts work providing exposure to a diverse client portfolio across a wide range of industries.

You'll work with businesses of varying sizes, all located within a manageable commuting distance, allowing you to build strong, lasting client relationships. As a key member of the audit team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class service while providing valuable insight and guidance to clients that helps support their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities Leading and supporting audit assignments from planning through to completion. Preparing statutory accounts and associated tax returns. Building trusted relationships with clients and providing practical business advice. Supervising, mentoring and developing trainee accountants during audit engagements. Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality client solutions. Ensuring compliance with UK accounting and auditing regulations. Advisor to clients on appropriate matters About You We're keen to hear from candidates who are:
Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) or qualified by experience. Experienced in an audit-focused role within accountancy practice. Confident working within UK accounting and audit regulations. Strong communicators with excellent client-facing skills. Passionate about coaching and developing junior team members. Organised, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
