The Role

As our Office Administration Assistant, you’ll be the glue that keeps the office running smoothly. You’ll support our Founder & CEO and assist with the day‑to‑day administration and coordination of the office. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with diary management, meetings, and calendar coordination
  • Monitor and triage emails, escalating where required
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
  • Assist with Board and Management reporting
  • Scan and distribute office mail (minimum two days per week in office)
  • Maintain tidy and welcoming office spaces
  • Arrange stationery and office supplies
  • Support WHS and building management requirements
  • Coordinate meetings, catering, and internal events and support team celebrations
  • Assist with internal projects and provide admin support across teams

This is a part‑time role offering 22.5 to 30 hours per week, worked flexibly across standard business hours (Monday to Friday).

  • Previous admin or office experience essential
  • Comfortable using AI or new technology tools and enjoy keeping up with systems that help streamline and improve outcomes
