The Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Speke for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy support team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Handling basic customer queries and complaints in a professional manner

* Proactively contacting customers to confirm and check order details

* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

* Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties

About You

* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role

* Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills

* Good attention to detail and organisational ability

* Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office

* Able to work independently and as part of a team
