About the Role
As a Project Support Administrator, you'll be at the heart of programme delivery-providing essential support across multiple projects. From coordinating meetings to managing documentation and liaising with stakeholders, your role will be key to keeping everything on track.
This is a full-time position offering hybrid work (a mix of home and office-based work), giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life. The role is a temporary role for 3 months, offering stability and the chance to make a real difference in public service delivery.

Deliver high-quality administrative support across several programmesOrganise meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutesTrack project progress, actions, and deadlinesMaintain records and ensure documentation is up-to-dateCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external partnersSupport reporting and data collation for programme updatesWhat I'm Looking For
