Reporting to the Office Manager you will be the first point of contact when clients come into the office. You will handle incoming calls and support with general administration and data entry as required. What you will need to succeed:
Previous experience in Reception / professional services environment. Excellent attention to detail Good organisational skills along with the ability to communicate at all levels. Enthusiastic and self-motivated What you will receive in return: Salary: Negotiable Option
1) 3 x days 9 - 5 or Option
2) Monday to Friday 13.00pm to 5.00pm Plus able to cover full time for holidays Holiday: 28 days in addition to public holidays What you need to do next:
