Position: Receptionist (Part -time)

Liverpool, Merseyside

£13.22 per hour

We are recruiting for a Receptionist to join us on a part time basis, working 16 hours weekly;
Monday & Tuesday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm.

As Receptionist you are responsible for ensuring employees and visitors have a fantastic customer experience. You will be responsible for the performance and administration of the reception area and performing a variety of administrative tasks. You will be part of our team working closely with all employees and visitors at the company’s Liverpool site.

A little bit about the role:
  • Performance of reception and switchboard duties; greet and welcome visitors on arrival ensuring that they sign in, obtain their visitor badge and are either met by the appropriate person or directed appropriately.
  • Managing the meeting room diary and associated arrangements; ensuring meeting rooms are well presented and that equipment is maintained.
  • Ensuring site welfare and shared facilities are well maintained.
  • Support employees with travel and accommodation booking.
  • Performance of assigned health and safety activities; weekly fire alarm test, perform weekly checks of defibrillator and first aid kits and maintain stocks of PPE.
  • Performance of administrative tasks across all Departments; purchase order raising etc.
What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in a Reception role
  • Polished communication skills – Fluent in understanding, speaking and writing English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
  • Ability to work in a busy office environment
