Learning and Development Administrator

BDO’s Shared Service Centre (SSC) team seeks a Learning and Development Administrator to support professional qualifications services, ensuring internal customers and SLAs are met. The role reports to the Learning and Development Team Leader and involves managing central L&D administration, collaborating with external vendors, and analysing learning offerings.

• Oversee central L&D administration, ensuring effective support for PQ services.
• Collaborate with external vendors, manage billing, invoicing and service level agreements.
• Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) for internal staff.
• Analyse learning data and produce meaningful reports to inform decision‑making.
• Engage stakeholders across the SSC and PQ teams, providing insights and recommending process improvements.

• Experience of working with learning management systems.
• Experience of working with external vendors and managing billing, invoicing and service level agreements.
• Excellent IT / Excel skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and experience of collaborative working in a Centre of Excellence Model preferable.
• Experience of learning analytics and interpretation of data to produce meaningful reports and information.
• Some stakeholder management skills demonstrating appropriate levels of gravitas and credibility.
