Role Overview:
Provide effective and efficient administrative support for the fleet function including maintaining the fleet database and insurance system, running and compiling reports, booking in services and repairs, vehicle allocations and driving licence checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure vehicle database is fully up to date with all relevant information
- Ensure live fleet is fully insured and has a valid MOT and road tax
- Administer insurance claims including liaising with managers and the insurance company as appropriate
- Run fuel reports and analyse usage for Senior Management Team
- Process new starters including: allocating an appropriate vehicle, arranging for trackers and livery, updating fleet management system, and undertaking driv...
