We are seeking a PMO Administrator to join a programme delivery team and provide essential administrative support across a range of projects and work streams. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys keeping projects running efficiently and ensuring teams have the information and support they need to deliver successfully. Working closely with Project Managers, Programme Managers and PMO colleagues, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing calendars, preparing agendas and meeting packs, taking and distributing minutes, and ensuring actions are accurately tracked and followed up.

You will also support the maintenance of project documentation, reports, plans and governance artefacts, helping to ensure information remains accurate, up to date and readily accessible.

Key Responsibilities Arrange project and programme meetings, workshops and governance forums Manage calendars and distribute meeting invitations Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes and circulate actions Track and follow up actions, risks and dependencies where required Maintain project documentation, logs and reporting templates Support programme governance and reporting activities Ensure project records are organised and kept up to date Provide general administrative support to Project Managers and the PMO team Skills & Experience Previous experience in a PMO Administrator , Project Administrator , Project Support Officer , Programme Support Officer or similar role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience coordinating meetings and producing high-quality meeting minutes Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills This role would suit someone who enjoys the core administrative activities that underpin successful project delivery and takes pride in keeping teams organised, informed and on track.
