Position: Reception Coordinator — Welcoming, Admin & Events (Hybrid)

Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking a Reception Coordinator to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming, organized reception. You will support colleagues with administrative tasks, handle inquiries, and assist with client materials and events.

The role emphasizes professional communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and comfort using internal systems to manage client information. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ experience are preferred.
