Osborne Richardson is recruiting a Planning Validation Officer for a busy local authority in Hertfordshire. The role covers logging and validating planning applications, preparing documents for planning committee meetings, and assisting with planning notices. Hybrid work with one office day per week is available.
You will handle enquiries, advise customers, and use a document management system to index documents, supporting a high-volume workflow during the contract period.
