Hybrid Working - minimum requirement of 40% on Campus, with 60% considered desirable where possible

You will join the Institute’s Student Experience Team, who are responsible for all aspects of the student experience for the Institute’s Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught students and will contribute to the delivery of operations related to the student experience. Working closely with Professional Services and academic colleagues, you will provide a high level of administrative support to staff and students across distinct areas of administration.

You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language, with excellent IT, communication and organisational skills. Experience of Microsoft Office (including Outlook Calendar) is essential, and experience of University IT systems (Canvas, BANNER, TULIP, SharePoint, Curriculum Manager and Business Objects) is desirable.
