Introduction
The Business Administration Apprentice – Repairs will work to support the successful delivery of repairs, compliance, reinvestment and environmental works by our internal team and contractors.

What You'll Do- Committed to learning and gaining qualification within agreed time frames,
- To carry out the duties and responsibilities of the post in compliance with the Plus Dane Housing’s commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion,
- To provide support across the Repairs and Environmental Teams in the processing of invoices through IT systems and liaising with Contractors and Suppliers in the resolution of queries
- To support to the Scheduling team
- Support in the timely and accurate updating and storing of company records – Vehicles, Electrical and Gas Compliance Certification, Materials, Contractors.
- Support the Senior Scheduler in the production and distribution of reports
- Support the Senior Scheduler in the review of system records
- To provide information to Team Leaders to support the accurate and efficient completion of Timesheet information by Trades Team Staff
- To co-operate with Plus Dane in complying with relevant health and safety. legislation, policies and procedures in the performance of the duties of the post,
- To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate,
- To undertake any other similar duties as may be reasonably be expected of the post holder.
After completion of your apprenticeship you will potentially have the opportunity to progress onto full time positions within the business.
