Position Details- Contract Type:
Temporary until December - Hours:
21 hours per week - you will have to be able to work between Monday to Friday- 8am-5pm - Pay: £13.59

As a Receptionist, you will be a key player in providing exceptional support . Your role will be diverse and rewarding, ensuring that visitors, colleagues, and customers receive the highest level of service. You will be the friendly face that greets visitors, assists with conference facilities, and keeps the reception running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Greet & Welcome Visitors:
Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring they feel valued and supported. - Assist with Enquiries:
Handle queries both over the phone and face-to-face, ensuring prompt and effective communication. - Operate the Switchboard:
Manage incoming calls and sort mail with professionalism and efficiency. - Security Procedures:
Adhere to security protocols by issuing passes and monitoring visitors using CCTV.
- Conduct stock takes of provisions
- Handle printing, photocopying, binding, laminating, and shredding tasks
- Produce certificates as required
- Manage Conference Facilities:
Utilise White space software to coordinate meeting spaces. - Document Preparation:
Use Excel and Word to create and manage documents. - Maintain Stock Levels:
Ensure the stationery cupboard is well stocked and organised. - Work to Deadlines:
Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines. - Additional Duties:
Undertake other responsibilities, aligned with your grade.
- Has outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Is confident in interacting with visitors, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Is organised, reliable, and adept at managing multiple tasks.
- Works brilliantly both independently and as part of a team.
- Exudes a positive, professional, and helpful attitude.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and general office equipment.
- Takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
