Liverpool Women’s NHS FT is seeking a Booking Clerk to join the Patient Access Centre at Liverpool Women’s Hospital on a fixed-term basis. You will manage the outpatient appointment phone line and schedule clinics to help deliver an efficient, patient-focused service.
The role requires excellent communication, computer literacy, and the ability to learn Trust systems such as e-Referral, Hospital PAS, Outlook and Excel.
