- Making practical arrangements for the implementation of the Sentence Plan (appointments, directions, etc.)
- Supporting enforcement administration when needed, including issuing travel-related vouchers/warrants and keeping appropriate records
- Organising equipment, materials and facilities for case-related activity, and reporting faulty items for repair/replacement
- Supporting meetings as required (agenda, notes/minutes and action points)
- Carrying out safeguarding children duties in line with statutory responsibilities and agency policies
- Working to Health and Safety policies, including undertaking equipment tests where required

- Strong attention to detail to keep records accurate and up to date within specified timescales
- Ability to work on your own initiative, with a steady, reliable approach
- Confidence and empathy when dealing with people who may be in crisis, distressed, or display inappropriate/aggressive behaviour-seeking the right support in line with office procedures
- A commitment to equality and inclusion, and an understanding of how it applies to day-to-day work
- A pro-social mindset-reinforcing positive behaviour and attitudes, and challenging anti-social behaviour and attitudes
- This role may involve some out-of-hours work.
- You'll handle sensitive and confidential information, so discretion and adherence to policy are essential.
- All candidates are subject to security and identity checks, along with client vetting prior to taking up post.
