The Role

Act as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues
Manage meeting rooms, office facilities and workplace resources
Coordinate internal events, meetings and hospitality arrangements
Build strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace communications
Ensure the office environment remains welcoming, professional and efficient

About You

Previous experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality or front-of-house roles
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, professional and solutions-focused
